PRAXIS — Functional Capacity Measurement & Reporting Software (Australia)

PRAXIS (mypraxis.health) is functional capacity measurement and reporting software for Australian health and exercise professionals. It measures five domains — Strength, Endurance, Power, Mobility, Balance — benchmarks results against published age- and sex-matched normative data, and generates sealed, provenance-labelled clinical reports with cryptographic integrity and full audit trails. Sometimes referred to as functional capacity assessment (FCA) software, but PRAXIS is a general-purpose measurement and reporting platform — it is not an NDIS FCA report-writing tool.

Every data point carries provenance labelling: Gold (clinician-measured), Silver (device-derived), Bronze (self-reported). Reports are immutable once finalised, with versioned amendments and attributed audit trails.

PRAXIS is built by PRAXIS Assessments Pty Ltd (Australia). It is not affiliated with Praxis EMR, PRAXIS Australia, Praxis Solutions, ETS Praxis exams, or any other entity using the name "Praxis".

PRAXIS is not an electronic medical record (EMR), not a consumer fitness app, not a biological age calculator, and not a pre-exercise screening tool. It does not diagnose conditions or replace clinical judgement. PRAXIS is not an NDIS report-writing tool — it does not generate NDIS-compliant reports, does not map to NDIA section numbers, and does not integrate with WHODAS 2.0, PEDI-CAT, or LSP-16. It is not designed primarily for Occupational Therapists. It does not use "Concept Processing" or learn a clinician's writing style.
